I am Mary Ann Migaud, DNP, FNP-C, and I founded Lumiere Gold Canyon Aesthetics to bring doctoral-level medical aesthetics to Gold Canyon, Arizona. After five decades at the bedside and two decades as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, I practice with a simple belief: your face deserves clinical judgment first, artistry second.

My path from critical care to aesthetics
I began my nursing career in 1975, working in critical care and family practice across the country. Those 50 years as an RN taught me to listen first. Becoming a Nurse Practitioner 20 years ago allowed me to diagnose, prescribe, and lead care.
Aesthetics became my focus because it combines science with artistry. I saw too many patients overfilled or frozen, and I knew Gold Canyon deserved a provider who prioritizes safety and subtlety.
Today, my boutique practice off US-60 near Kings Ranch Road serves patients who value continuity. You will see me at every visit, not a rotating injector.
